1. Eligibility

The applicant must be 18 years of age or above and mentally competent. The applicant should not be involved in any legal restriction or fraud-related case.

2. Voluntary Participation

The member is joining the company by their own choice. No force, pressure, or false promises have been made.

3. Registration Policy

There is no mandatory registration fee. However, payment for products voluntarily purchased by the member is compulsory.

4. Income Disclaimer

Income depends entirely on individual efforts, sales, and team performance. The company does not guarantee any fixed or assured income. All income claims must be truthful and verifiable.

5. Business Model

The company’s business is strictly based on product sales/services. It does not involve any pyramid scheme or money circulation system.

6. Return & Refund Policy

If a member receives products that are incorrect or have manufacturing defects, they may return unused products within 30 days in proper condition. Refunds will be processed as per company policy.

7. Code of Conduct

• Not provide false information or misleading promises
• Not harm the company’s reputation
• Not criticize or defame other companies

8. Misrepresentation

Providing false information about income, products, or business is punishable.

9. Disciplinary Action

In case of violation of company rules, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member ID.

10. Independent Status

Members are not employees of the company. They act as Independent Direct Sellers.

11. Data Privacy

Members’ personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without consent.

12. Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the concerned state/district court.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
